Comments: Well, I've just finished reading your blog. Fantastic stuff, and I've had a few funny looks from the missus when I've laughed out loud. It's now September 7th and there's been no more since march, I do hope that all is well with you and that there's be a general update soon.

Comments: Love the blog, kind of reminds me of an adult version of Adrian Mole, ha ha! Anyway it brought back some memories for me, during the 90's I lived in a camper (semi stealth), a barge, and even a small bus at one stage. Yes it was lonely at times but it did me good and mostly kept me out of trouble and I have many fond memories especially when I remember the weird and wonderful people I met along the way. I have another motorhome now but just use it for getting away Anyway, best of luck Bob

Comments: Hi Paul
I've spent the last two days in between jobs at work reading your blog; and i have to say it was a very enjoyable read!! It looks like you haven't written anything for a while now and was wondering how things are going for you in the static caravan and have you got a new motorhome yet?
I'd love to do the Motorhome lark but i'm ball and chained unfortunately *sigh*.

Comments: I have been using a system similar to the double duvet for quiet some time during this current ice age. I use 3 duvets and when it got very cold I used a sleeping bag as well, although being inside a sleeping bag with 3 duvets on top gets very warm, but it saves a fortune on heating bills.
Enjoying the blog, can't wait for the next installment

Loved it all and want an update when you can. Been chatting to my mate and he's well into your blog too. Think we're all from a similar mold. Would love to tell you our stories of our travels around the globe, but they're not for typing as he's married and wants to stay that way too!!
Off to Brunei at the end of the month for 10 days, its all work, but not when we hit Malaysia and then straight to the Falklands within 4 days of getting back, so hope to play catch up with your blog then.
Look after yourself and ride safely dude, I've an R1 and them Yamahas are awesome, it's the tossers in the cars that fu@k us up!!!

Comments: Brilliant blog, I take my hate off to you for going it alone for the year. I'm 34 years in the army and today they announce more redundancies. The wankers, been to every war zone they've had since 1982 and never once complained, but now they can't wait to get rid of us. So I've no attachments, a 2006 Autotaril Dakota (I really splashed out-the dogs dangly bits buddy) and may be living the dream myself. Won't be much different to my life and I can't wait for it all to begin. Know what you mean about the loneliness of it all, as with no attachments it gets lonely as fu@k, but it passes. Loved reading all of 2011, just about to launch into 2012 so I'm behind the curve with it all. Good luck mate, you've got 1/4 million people loving it all, so don't be alone.
Best regards Major Eddie Edwards REME
