Comments: Hello, what a superb blog .. I've been reading it all today, had to wrench myself away to go to work tonight.
I might look at doing a similar thing .. at crossroads etc etc .. the freedom from financial (and geographical) ties is really appealling, since any property round here is silly money.
You've created something not only extremely entertaining / touching to read but also a treasure trove of amazing practical info for anything going down this route. Thanks and I hope things are going well for you X

Comments: Got my first camper age 18, old school VW. Lived in a stealth van for a year's travelling in Oz and aside from the lack of toilet or fridge onboard it was perfect and saved me so much £. Cornwall surfing and stealth-vanning since (brilliant for parties), but had to get rid of the van when I became a student again. Now about to be homeless and thinking of a 5k-ish motorhome as I'll never save a house deposit if I'm throwing money away renting, esp. where I live where rents are high and houses hard to find anyway (tourists spend more). Started reading for the info, finished for the laughs; hope life is going well now. Hwyl...

Comments: Well, I've just finished reading your blog. Fantastic stuff, and I've had a few funny looks from the missus when I've laughed out loud. It's now September 7th and there's been no more since march, I do hope that all is well with you and that there's be a general update soon.

Comments: Love the blog, kind of reminds me of an adult version of Adrian Mole, ha ha! Anyway it brought back some memories for me, during the 90's I lived in a camper (semi stealth), a barge, and even a small bus at one stage. Yes it was lonely at times but it did me good and mostly kept me out of trouble and I have many fond memories especially when I remember the weird and wonderful people I met along the way. I have another motorhome now but just use it for getting away Anyway, best of luck Bob

Comments: Hi Paul
I've spent the last two days in between jobs at work reading your blog; and i have to say it was a very enjoyable read!! It looks like you haven't written anything for a while now and was wondering how things are going for you in the static caravan and have you got a new motorhome yet?
I'd love to do the Motorhome lark but i'm ball and chained unfortunately *sigh*.
